Lotte is an Emmy-winning producer, with over 10 years of experience spanning video and content production, field and in-studio producing and strategic communications, in both Israel and the UK. In 2024 Lotte won her Emmy as local producer on CNN’s coverage of the Israel-Hamas War. She has worked with Vice, Walt Disney and other prestigious media organisations, managing big budget shoots and telling impactful stories from the field and the studio. Lotte has since stepped away from news production and is now working in the hospitality sector.

Leveraging a background in production and fieldwork, Lotte runs a freelance communications and creative studio that helps businesses grow through strategic brand management, creative direction, content, campaigns, and partnerships. 

While still working in news, Lotte founded Sitopia Living in 2021 — a hospitality business and brand in the Jerusalem Hills. At Sitopia Living, she led brand and social media strategy, business partnerships, and the overall marketing direction of the brand.

Today Lotte writes about her travel experiences and works closely with hospitality brands on strategy, brand creative, and social media. Known for her strong creative judgment, Lotte works confidently across all shoot environments and excels at managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality work under pressure, with a solid foundation in strategy, social media, and writing.
